We monitor property condition by utilizing inspection results and information from our contractors. We work with contractors to ensure they are knowledgeable in the various Investor/ Insurer requirements and are completing work within agreed upon timeframes and requirements, providing supporting photo documentation of all information reported and services completed, and utilizing the most cost-effective procedures to help eliminate out-of-pocket expenses for our clients.
 When you assign a job to Refino Inc., whether it’s an inspection, preservation work, rehab job or a special report, we know it’s our job to do it correctly and expeditiously. We will customize our property preservation services to our Client’s needs, and we stand behind every job completed.
We can provide our Clients with detailed reports and pictures for all Property Preservation work performed. High resolution color digital photos are available to our Clients, and all Property Preservation photos are retained in a digital format for a minimum of three years. Services Offered:
